1. はじめに
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、雨宿り（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、お客様は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
2. 利用条件
本アプリは現状有姿（"as is"）で提供されます。動作・機能を保証するものではありません。
3. 著作権
本アプリ内のすべてのコンテンツ（絵・音・テキスト・デザイン・コード）の著作権は、開発者に帰属します。
本アプリで書き出された画像・ループ動画は、お客様個人の利用範囲内（待ち受け、個人のSNS投稿など）で自由にご利用いただけます。ただし、以下は禁止します。
・商業利用（販売、商用コンテンツへの組み込み、広告素材としての利用など）
・大規模な再配布
・他のアプリ・サービスへの素材としての転用
4. 課金について
本アプリ内の課金は Apple App Store を通じて行われます。購入後のキャンセル・返金は、Apple のポリシーに従います。
「広告オフ＋全解放」を含む買い切りパックは、購入後すべての端末で同一の Apple ID にて復元できます。
5. 禁止事項
以下の行為を禁止します。
・本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、改変、複製
・違法な目的での使用
・本アプリの正常な動作を妨げる行為
・他のユーザーへの嫌がらせ目的での使用
6. 免責事項
本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害（データ消失、機器の不具合、逸失利益など）についても、開発者は責任を負いません。
7. 利用停止
本規約に違反した場合、開発者は予告なく利用を制限する権利を有します。
8. 変更
本規約は予告なく変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内で告知いたします。
9. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関連する紛争は東京地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Amayadori (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Conditions
The App is provided "as is". No warranty as to operation or functionality is provided.
3. Copyright
All content within the App (artwork, sound, text, design, code) is copyright of the developer.
Images and looping videos exported by the App may be used freely for personal purposes (wallpaper, personal social media posts). The following are prohibited:
・Commercial use (sale, inclusion in paid content, use as advertising material, etc.)
・Large-scale redistribution
・Reuse as material in other apps or services
4. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refunds and cancellations follow Apple\'s policies.
The buy-out pack including "ads off + full unlock" can be restored on any device signed into the same Apple ID after purchase.
5. Prohibited actions
The following are prohibited:
・Reverse engineering, modification, or duplication of the App
・Use for unlawful purposes
・Actions that interfere with normal operation of the App
・Use intended to harass other users
6. Disclaimer
The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App (data loss, device malfunction, loss of profit, etc.).
7. Suspension
If these Terms are violated, the developer reserves the right to restrict use without notice.
8. Changes
These Terms may change without notice. Material changes will be announced within the App.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

本应用导出的图片和循环视频可在个人使用范围内（待机画面、个人 SNS 投稿等）自由使用。但禁止以下行为：

・大规模再分发
・转用至其他应用或服务作为素材
4. 关于付费
应用内付费通过 Apple App Store 处理。购买后的取消、退款遵循 Apple 的政策。
包含"广告关闭＋全解锁"的买断包，可在所有使用同一 Apple ID 的设备上恢复。
5. 禁止事项
禁止以下行为：
・对本应用进行逆向工程、修改、复制
・用于违法目的
・妨碍本应用正常运行的行为
・以骚扰其他用户为目的的使用
6. 免责
开发者对因使用本应用而产生的任何损害（数据丢失、设备故障、利益损失等）不承担责任。
7. 中止使用
违反本条款时，开发者有权未经通知限制使用。
8. 变更
本条款可能未经通知而变更。重要变更将在应用内通知。
9. 准据法
本条款适用日本法律，与本应用相关的争议以东京地方法院为专属约定管辖法院。
